Ralf Strehlau

BDU President Ralf Strehlau is Managing Partner of ANXO Management Consulting GmbH. He brings 25 years of consulting and leadership experience in the areas of change management / marketing / sales / digital issues. As BDU President, he is responsible for strategy, marketing and communication of the association. He is particularly committed to developing the BDU into THE brand in the consulting industry.

Matthias Loebich

BDU Vice President Matthias Loebich is a member of the Executive Board and the global management team of BearingPoint GmbH/Frankfurt. He heads the Markets and Networks division with the Industrial Equipment & Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. In the Executive Committee, he drives the topics of international affairs, content and studies.

Dr. Klaus Neuhäuser

BDU Vice President Dr Klaus Neuhäuser works as a senior advisor and management consultant for energy supply companies and start-ups. In the Executive Committee, he is responsible for finances and the office. He has more than 25 years of consulting experience in the areas of strategy, organisation and M&A in the utilities and public services sectors. Through his involvement in the BDU Presidium, he wants to ensure that even more consulting firms recognise the BDU benefits for themselves and that the members are satisfied with the BDU's services.

Wolfram C. Tröger

BDU Vice President Wolfram C. Tröger is an HR consultant and has been Managing Director of Tröger & Cie. AG in Frankfurt since 2013. The engineering graduate brings many years of executive search experience as a partner in a leading executive search firm in Germany. Since 2010, Tröger has been a member of the board of the BDU Association of Executive Search Consultants, most recently as its chairman. In the executive committee, he is responsible for personnel consulting and future topics such as education and talent management.

Christoph Weyrather // Managing Director

has extensive experience in the "people business" association as managing director of the association and its subsidiarie. He manages administration, organisation, finances and budgeting, accompanies the business-oriented professional associations and is responsible for the major professional conferences, the German Consultant Day and the seminar programme. He also takes care of the CMC certifications and the international representation at the ICMCI.



Kai Haake // Managing Director

is Managing Director and in-house lawyer of the BDU. He is responsible for the areas of strategy and public affairs, and in particular looks after the association and economic policy networks in German-speaking countries. He explores the legal and political framework conditions of the consulting industry. And last but not least, he designs and manages content projects such as the BDU think tanks and the CEO rounds with the top experts from the member companies.

Tekla Altmann // Project Management Member Services

is responsible for the maintenance of the membership and the annual general meeting. In addition, she looks after the "Young Consultancy" status for younger consultancy firms. She keeps the consultant and recruiter database up to date. She manages the certification for CMC and CERC. She is also the contact person for our exclusive professional liability insurance framework agreement with HDI. She looks after the BDU specialist associations Corporate Management + Marketing and Financing . Furthermore, she looks after the BDU framework agreements.

Heike Borchert-Dietz // Marketing and communication

is close to the exciting topics in business and the consulting industry and prepares them for our online and print media in a target group-specific way. Among other things, she is the right contact person when it comes to our newsletter formats. And she ensures that our marketing and communication projects are optimally planned and implemented.

Renate Borggreven // Trade associations, press, information centre, guest services

organises the meetings of the Forum Baden-Württemberg, the Association Conference and the Presidium meetings in coordination with our Managing Director Christoph Weyrather. She also supports our press spokesperson in his tasks. She manages the reception and information centre and lends a hand when it comes to the organisation and processes in the BDU office. If you would like to rent one of our modern conference rooms, she is the right person to contact.

Ulrike Hauschild // Project management

checks all incoming applications for membership and accompanies potential new members in their admission procedures. She pulls the strings of sales activities together in close coordination with our Managing Director Kai Haake. She also organises the events of our BestPractice/CEO meetings and the Public Sector Association.

Timor Krimmel // Digital projects, SEO

is responsible for the online marketing activities of the association and shares responsibility for the conception, maintenance and further development of our website. Improving the visibility and increasing the reach of the BDU's online presence are among his core tasks. He is involved in the planning and implementation of optimisation measures and campaigns in the field of SEO.

Jörg Murmann // Professional associations, studies, international

is your first point of contact when it comes to personnel and HR consulting as well as change management topics. He heads the relevant professional associations in this field and is responsible for the BDU studies as well as for the German HR Consultant Day. Furthermore, he is responsible for all questions regarding other European consultancy markets in the field of management and HR consultancy.

Stefanie Reinartz // Project management, HR and junior staff

takes care of the entire area of HR & young talent. She maintains and coordinates contacts with committees of student consultancies, such as BDSU e.V. and JCNetwork e.V., and is the contact person for students interested in consulting, graduates/career starters and university cooperations. In coordination with our managing director Kai Haake, she is also in charge of the working group of HR leaders and formats such as "think tanks". 

Klaus Reiners // Press officer

is available to you as a competent contact person for press relations. Thanks to his many years of experience in the consulting industry, he has extensive and detailed knowledge of facts, figures and contexts in management consulting and personnel consulting. With this, he is happy to assist with thematic classification, assessment or direct contact to a suitable BDU expert.

Annette Sausen // Distribution, Association Activities, International

is responsible for coordinating the BDU's sales strategies. In doing so, she also keeps an eye on the associated association activities and projects.

In addition, she supports the European umbrella associations FEACO and ECSSA with her know-how in communication to ensure better visibility of the European markets of management and HR consulting.

Richard Skott // Seminars, congresses, professional associations

looks after the professional associations of HR consulting, HR management, outplacement consulting, change management as well as restructuring and insolvency consulting and financing and maintains personal contact with many of the members active there. He is also responsible for organising the seminars and congresses and is involved in the association's sales activities in the HR sector.

Frank Zehe // Finance, Accounting

is our experienced man for the numbers. He assists Managing Director Christoph Weyrather with the financial management of the BDU e. V. and the GmbH and keeps an eye on accounting, budget planning and development.

Finja Hutterer

supports the work of the association in the area of public affairs and politics as a student trainee, for example by conducting research for the supply chain working group. She also helps with database maintenance.
