MMC is a management and recruitment consultancy based in Hellenthal, North Rhine-Westphalia, in close proximity to Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf - and Wiesbaden/Frankfurt. In 2005, we specialised in topics such as business and career coaching, and since 2011 this has shifted to searching for and finding managers and specialists. We only work on the basis of exclusive consulting contracts and retainer agreements - in return we guarantee you thorough analysis and swift action in a one-stop shop, and guarantee the successful recruitment of the 'right' candidate - and all of this at OUTSTANDING prices. We are also your service partner for positions beneath the specialist and management levels: Together with our media partner; we offer you a comprehensive advertisement service. This includes copy writing your job advertisements based on your requirement profile, selecting the most appropriate medium, publishing the job advertisement, confirming applications, screening applicants, conducting telephone interviews, presenting the top five candidates (with our presence at in-house interviews if desired) and taking care of rejection letters - all at a fixed price!

As the owner of MMC, Guido Malzkorn has more than 35 years of experience in operational international management and projects - especially in the automotive, chemical and (plant) engineering industries. He has been very successful in many positions, including as:

  • Head of HR & Management Development at a listed Swiss chemical company
  • Regional HR Director at a listed American chemical company (Fortune 500)
  • Senior Vice President Human Resources at a leading German engine manufacturer (M-Dax)
  • Chairman of the Board and Group HR Director at a leading international supplier in the automotive industry (private equity)
  • Managing Director and HR Director at a listed American company in the automotive supply industry (Fortune 500)
  • Executive Vice President Human Resources and Partner at an internationally active, high-growth automotive supplier (private equity)
  • Senior Vice President Human Resources at an internationally active and high-growth special machine manufacturer (wind energy, listed Indian company)


Furthermore, Guido Malzkorn has held positions on many - including international - supervisory and advisory boards.

He completed his university education very successfully while working - this led to an excellent combination of theory and practice. Additionally, he was able to complete other relevant certified training, such as (team) coaching, performance coaching, innovation management and change management, as well as mediation and moderation. After starting his career as a recruitment consultant, he also qualified as a Reiss Profile Master and was certified by the BDU and ECSSA as a Certified Executive Recruiting Consultant.

Guido Malzkorn has successfully guided many projects to completion throughout his professional career, including in mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, the establishment of greenfield operations in Asia and South America, intensive international recruiting at top management and specialist levels, employer branding, divestitures, carve-outs, restructuring, partial business closures, transfers of undertakings and much more.
